As a creative lead at Square, I was responsible for all their Software products, ranging from Square Point of Sale to their add on products such as Square Loyalty, Marketing, Square Online, Gift Cards and Messages.
Through my three years at Square, I worked on multiple growth marketing projects with excellent results. Some of my work saw the highest click through rates. Below, you’ll find some of my favorite projects at Square.

Product Overview Videos
Short and succinct product videos with none of the extra information that usually floods its way into overview videos. Each video is about a minute long, summarizing core value props for Square Online and Square Loyalty. As creative director, one of the biggest challenges here was to push the creative brief, and elevate the quality of product overviews while being true to budgets. We also worked with supers and no VO to make it easier to localize these videos across various international markets.

The Bottom Line
I created the first editorial illustration for The Bottom Line’s newsletter called Series. The Bottom Line is Square’s editorial blog that helps businesses with operational topics such as Supply chains, inventory management and so on.


IRL Design Meet – Identity Design
Built an identity and system for our internal Design Meet in 2023, called IRL (In Real Life). The concept was derived from the idea of shifting perspectives and to encourage the team to find themselves again. This was then combined with the visual metaphor for squares, giving way to some wonderful visuals and copy. The entire project was done single-handedly by me.
